This four-story, Class B office building, constructed in 2004, seamlessly connects to the medical center on all floors, enhancing accessibility and convenience. Spanning 101,525 square feet, with typical floor sizes of 25,381 square feet, the building offers ample space for various medical practices. Additionally, it features 550 surface parking spaces and 300 covered parking spaces, ensuring ample parking for both staff and visitors.
