At Charlotte Architect, we designed WaterWalk extended-stay suites to blend architectural excellence with practical comfort. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites feature natural light, modern finishes, and spacious layouts, including full kitchens and in-room washers and dryers. The building’s design ensures a bright, inviting atmosphere, enhanced by amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and a fitness center, all in a location that balances tranquility with convenience.

Office Buidling

At Charlotte Architect, we are proud to have designed the medical office building on the Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center Campus. This four-story, Class B office building, constructed in 2004, seamlessly connects to the medical center on all floors, enhancing accessibility and convenience. Spanning 101,525 square feet, with typical floor sizes of 25,381 square feet, the building offers ample space for various medical practices. Additionally, it features 550 surface parking spaces and 300 covered parking spaces, ensuring ample parking for both staff and visitors.
